Administrative Assistant III
This full-time position is located in the Library at Front Range Community College -Westminster Campus. Primary duties and responsibilities include: provide the Library and the Library Director with administrative support. Order supplies, receive/route phone calls, schedule meeting rooms, and serve on committees as needed. Serve as the Library liaison to the campus, manage campus related projects and initiatives. Prepare budget documents, process invoices, and originate small purchase orders, purchase requisitions, expense vouchers, travel requisitions and official functions following college and state guidelines.
