This full-time position is the IT Department lead in the Health Sciences Library for assisting library employees and library users (faculty, staff, students) in solving technical problems concerning hardware and software. The position is responsible for installing hardware and software, and for keeping library staff and public workstations secure, functional, easy to use, and up to date while providing excellent customer service.
