Overview:
The Public Services Specialist has administrative duties requiring a comprehensive knowledge of library operations, policies and procedures and emphasizes the responsibility of each employee to deliver accurate, timely, and courteous service. They provide effective management and direction of the daily activities of the LCCC Library’s Public Services unit, including circulation of library materials, managing patron accounts, Interlibrary Loan and services to distance students, stacks and public facilities maintenance, and administration of Circulation module of integrated library system database.
